Alejandro Delgadillo Vázquez

He is responsible for the corporate law, real estate, environmental and human resources strategy areas. On the one hand, he focuses his efforts on coordinating the activities of legal counsel of corporate and human resources activities for companies, and on the other hand, advise our clients on issues related to real estate development, with special emphasis on the practice of environmental compliance.

Prior to WDM, he worked in the firm Pedroza & Castillo S.C., where he worked in different legal areas.

He is a lawyer from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí since 2006 and a master in Senior Management from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. He also holds a diploma in Corporate Law from the Universidad de las Américas, Puebla, and a diploma in Evaluation, Creation, and Development of Projects taught at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

Oliver Meade Hervert

Responsible for the legal counsel and litigation areas in Administrative, Regulatory, and Municipal Law.  At the firm, he focuses his efforts on advising clients on their activities with the public sector in their different spheres, on their contractual and business relationship and their defense against acts of authority.

Prior to WDM, he was partner responsible for the legal area of ​​venture capital fund AVM I and Angel Ventures México. He also worked in Hamdan, Manzanero and Asociados and Santamarina and Steta.

Since 2001, he holds a cum laude degree in Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a master's degree in Administration from the University of Notre Dame. He has been a professor at the ITAM, ITESM, and the Universidad Marista. He is the author of the books Commercial Law: General Part and Companies; Country; Investment in newly created projects: a strategic legal approach;; Law, Country, and Organization and Municipal Management, Porrúa.

Gerardo Vaqueiro Durán

Responsible for the areas of commercial and civil litigation. He has more than 20 years of experience in these matters. Currently, he focuses his efforts and professional development on the private legal defense of our clients, both for companies, as well as individuals.

Prior to WDM, he worked for the firm Suárez Altamirano y Asociados, where he was responsible for commercial and civil litigation.

Since 1997, he is an attorney by the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and, in his postgraduate studies, he holds degrees in civil and commercial procedural law from the Universidad de Estudios de Posgrado en Derecho, Associated Center at the Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México; Specialization in public notary by the Universidad de Guanajuato; Diploma in Amparo Procedural Law by the Universidad de Guanajuato; among other degrees.

Jorge Alberto Pérez Vilet

Responsible for the area of ​​resolution, litigation and legal counsel in labor, social security and intellectual property matters. His work is focused on providing prevention and planning legal advice, solving disputes and litigate in the labor law and social security areas. He also takes part in the amparo process in the different disciplines.

Prior to WDM, he worked at Suárez Altamirano and Asociados, where he was responsible for the labor area, in addition to the commercial litigation and intellectual property areas.

Since 2002, he is an attorney by the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and since 2007, a professor in Constitutional Law and Amparo in the same institution. In addition, it has a diploma in labor law and social security by the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey; with a diploma in intellectual property by the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and the Instituto Mexicano de Propiedad Intelectual (Mexican Institute of Intellectual Property), and a degree in New Technologies Law by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

He is professor of Labor Law at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey since 2008.
